This is a postpartum program offered through Hartford Hospital. It is covered by most insurance and you bring your baby with you. Several group attendees have participated and speak very highly of it. Amy Nasshan is a Pediatric OT and she has presented at group a couple of times. She offers classes that are highly subsidized at the Southington Y - $25/class and that covers 6/7 sessions. She rotates classes on Infant Massage, Infant Development, Tummy Time and one on Feeding. She offers a ZOOM option if you don’t want to travel to Southington.
