Parent & Me Yoga: Sadly, despite this being super popular there Isn't anyone In the Farmington Valley offering this.
I highly recommend Molly Weyers with Peaceful & Prenatal Yoga
She and her daughter Jude attended group in the Fall of 2022 and many of the group’s attendees attend classes with Molly.

Poppy offers Mommy and Me pop-up classes in & around Canton. They are moving Into a permanent space at the end of summer 2026.
Infant Massage:
UCONN Parenting offers FREE infant massage classes. If you are Interested In learning more please email/text me and I will share their flyers.
Amy Nasshan is a Pediatric OT and she has presented at group a couple of times. She offers classes that are highly subsidized at the Southington Y - $25/class and that covers 6/7 sessions. She rotates classes on Infant Massage, Infant Development, Tummy Time and one on Feeding. She offers a ZOOM option if you don’t want to travel to Southington. Loving Hands Chiropractic - they operate out of the same office as Susan Forester - the Lactation Consultant linked above.
Dr. Liz Gionfriddo is phenomenal and I have been seeing her since my son was 3 months old. She works with Dr. Jen who is also awesome.
